We wouldn't mind small.  Our main criteria is that the apartment be clean and  relatively up to date.  We would swap our house on the Delaware River in Barryville, NY which is about 90 miles from the city.  The house is over 100 years old and is about 2500 sq. feet.  The wrap-around front porch overlooks the river and we have a private beach.  We have filled the house with antiques and collectibles over the last 26 years. We have three bedrooms, however the master bedroom would not be accessible.  The guest bedroom faces the river and the finished attic is also a bedroom.  

We wouldn't mind babies; however, no toddlers as we don't want to child-proof the house again.  Teenagers are okay.  Well trained dogs are okay but not cats as both owners are allergic.

I am 10 minutes drive, from the Atlantic Ocean (Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach) over the Bridge.  Right down the Street, from NASA. Watch Shuttle Launches and Rockets, from backyard, while in pool!  I want, to come back home, to the Woodstock Area (Woodstock, Bearsville, Saugerties)...preferably Woodstock/Bearsville.  You would kick yourself, if you don't do this now!!!!
